 Our coffee is made from 100% Arabica beans, and for our espresso we use the powerful Monsoon Malabar bean from India which is aged and roasted through a low temperature method. This roasting method helps the beans roast whithout losing any of their aroma or flavor, and ensures a full-bodied result without any bitterness.
