Shipping & care

We ship exclusively with FedEx and ship all orders to arrive within 1-2 days of fulfillment. We charge a flat shipping fee of $19 to any destination in the U.S. 

We ship our orders to arrive within 1-2 days of processing because our chocolate and treats are time and temperature sensitive and since we want your order to reach you and your gift recipients looking and tasting just as fresh as they do when they leave our facility.

If you are placing your order after 11:00am EST, your order will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders are not shipped on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays to ensure minimal time in transit. Shipments are not picked up or delivered during national holidays when FedEx is closed.

If you need overnight service and/or Saturday delivery, we may be able to accommodate your request at an additional fee. While not guaranteed, please email us at with any such requests.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations. We are not responsible for delivery delays experienced by FedEx due to weather or mechanical error and are, therefore, unable to offer refunds for those reasons.
